Piazza Hotels & Residences: a constantly growing family business since 1989
The company was founded in 1989 with the opening of the apartment complex Internazionale in Rimini. Since then, it has expanded constantly for 30 years and grown into a well-established group managing over 600 apartments on the Riviera with the Rimini Residence brand.
2016 was the turning point. Thanks to almost 30 years of experience in the field and entrepreneurial intuition, the management decided to direct the development and growth of the company towards a diversification of its portfolio with apartments and hotels.
As a result of this policy, it then took over the prestigious Hotel Savoia in Rimini, the Hotel Ducale and the 4-star Resort Baia Flaminia in Pesaro.
Continuous growth and the offer of increasingly diversified services have led the group to manage 600 apartments and 280 rooms, employing more than 250 people.
